We’re visiting Bath and came across Edesia by chance while looking for a fine dining experience - and it completely delivered. The food was outstanding with a beautiful variety of flavours, and every dish was presented with care. Portion sizes were spot on, the cocktails were great, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. The team made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for quality cuisine in one of the best areas of Bath. A real gem.
We went there for lunch and it was delicious. My son said his steak was the best he has ever had. I would definitely book again.
The food was lovely and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. The service was excellent.
Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff, although took a while to be asked about dessert as they were so busy. Will go back though.

Visited Bath for the weekend, stumbled across this Restaurant. Beautifully decorated, great atmosphere and good menu choices. Had a lovely meal made even better by the outstanding service we received. Every member of staff we came across were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They do add the service charge onto the bill, which I’m not a fan of, however these guys deserved every penny and I would have given more! This was our second visit to the Edesia and we hope for many visits to come when Bath is our destination! From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the staff are exceptional! Karla could not have made our visit any better and thanks to Arbias too for his service.
