Absolutely lovely dinner at Edesia! Sea bass cevice was delicious. Beef brisket very tender with a great sauce. Lovely lemon cheesecake & the warm bread with special butter & beetroot hummus delicious. Great dinner, fantastic service & lovely vibe.

There for an 22nd wedding anniversary dinner (travelled to Bath from out of town). Unfortunately, I was taken ill fairly suddenly (I am recovering from a stroke) and had to leave early. But the staff could not have been nicer and the food and ambiance were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely try and return when I am fully recovered!

Highly recommended.. birthday celebration.. staff were amazing. We had a fabulous evening seated upstairs with Arbor and Micheal. Arbor’s expertise in mixology and his presentations of the cocktails was informative and fun. We will definitely be back when we’re in Bath- Thank you

Overall a good experience but starter portions were small and pricey. Chefs tried hard to answer my dietary needs. We were going to bring a party of 8 for our next visit but won’t do this now as it’s a pricey restaurant. If you have the money you will enjoy this good food experience.

The food at Edesia is outstanding. The tostadas, salmon ceviche and the short rib were all excellent. The empanadas were on the heavy side but had good flavour. Nice atmosphere and good service.
