Scheduling my service with Edge was smooth and easy. They were able to come out the next day. They called 30 minutes out, as promised. The rep was very polite and gracious. He talked me through everything that could be done and we agreed on a plan. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on price at the end of the service but I was assured that a manager could address price concerns in a follow up conversation. I was very glad to have the mouse situation under supervision and would recommend this service.
Jeremiah was the tech today and he was professional and friendly; went out of his way to locate all of the rodent boxes and re-fill and re-set them. Appreciated!
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable that my pest problems would be taken care of and if I had an issue that Edge would stand by their guarantee. Very happy customer.
Edge Pest Control was fast to respond. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours.

A young man came out and did our initial visit. I just wish that he would have been a little more knowledgeable and thorough. He did not bother to find out how to access our front deck, so it never got treatment. I did not realize this till he was already gone.
