After initial evaluation it costs $99.00 every 5 weeks for a year...I didn't like getting roped into that....even though if one wishes to cancel...one pays half of what's owed for remaining year...not full amount.. Would have liked option of 6 months...was so anxious at time didn't think to ask... Customer service is excellent,they do make every effort to come if there is an added concern between visits.. Did this for me day before thanks giving...very happy with that Tech Sean was excellent..gave great advice ...very knowle... read more

I was skeptical about the "subscription" based business model, however Claas went really above and beyond in explaining the work, cleaning up all pests (even ones I didn't know about) and he even swept spiderwebs off the front porch! Also loved that he wore floor protectors on his shoes when inside - that is much appreciated.
