Everything about the service was top rate. The initial customer contact was good; timely and informative. The on site treatment was prompt and thorough. We're waiting for the 2nd and 3rd treatments so see final results but up to now we've been very satisfied.

Simply a spray outside and setting up 8 mouse traps inside for $90. Signed a contract for the quarterly visits but could probably just go buy 8 mousetraps next time. Customer service and techs were great though.

We have several other methods to get rid of your mice. If certain things aren't working we will start using a different method. You have the benefit of free re-services until they are completely taken care of, so don't forget to take advantage of your re-services if needed.

They were so fast responding, I did not have time to "dial" their number on my phone, since they called me immediately. Faster than Jimmy Johns. The tech came out and educated me about the voles eating my plant root systems, and set out bait stations. Great service.
Had an issue with some rodent boxes not being refilled, but customer service rectified and will send a different employee next time. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.
It was sufficient, did not address the lady bugs inside the home....
