Arrived on time. Very friendly and informative.
The man who called me back (promptly, upon receiving a request through Home Advisor) was extemely knowledgeable and courteous. The technician who came out seemed a little less knowledgeable when I asked questions to confirm my understanding of how the pests would respond. The wasp nest DID get destroyed, which was the main objective, but the yellowjackets are still around (until a freeze, I guess). The treatments were effective for our spiders and they explained the treatment well. They do require you to sign up for a series of treatments, but it is affordable and effective. The technicians have all been fairly quick, but seems to be thorough.
They were on time, efficient and did their work. Even though they had the wrong spelling of my street. I even spelled it twice over the phone when making the appointment, knowing companies put "Harbor" NOT "Arbor" as it should be. Of course it took about 2 and a half days for the "Whatever" type bees to go away from under my gutter, and a second treatment, but they are moved to somewhere else since I see them close to my fence when outside with my dog. We are very pleased with the service that Edge has provided. So far we have had the first 2 initial services done and both times they notified us a few days in advance and with in 15-30 minutes of arriving. The first visit someone was home but we felt comfortable enough the second visit we didn't have to be there. The customer service is wonderful and we will be recommending them!
