Exceeded My Expectations We had more than one company give us a quote for the installation of our new systems. Edison was better than the other companies; from salesman Dan Weber, who did an excellent job of explaining the different types of systems and laying out alternatives, to the installation techs, Eddie and Rob, who did a fantastic job of installing the system and explaining and answering our questions. The price was also great. I would recommend Edison to everyone we know.
Friendly, efficient, competitive price When we shopped for a furnace Mike Fore came to our house, explained options and gave competitive prices for all options. After we signed the contract everything went according to the plan Mike laid out. We were called to confirm the time and the installers were at our house at the promised time. the installers, Jordan and Corey, were efficient and kept our home clean. The entire installation took less than 4 hours. They answered all of our questions and were friendly.
Overall, Great Experience! Overall great experience. There was an initial attempt to take shortcuts but once I insisted on a certain process, cooperation was excellent. They took good care of the property and cleaned up very well. They answered all of my questions. The salesperson was very responsive in returning my calls during installation.
They delivered as promised very professionally ... What the salesman committed to was delivered as promised. There were pragmatic installation specific adjusts made that were clearly communicated and executed as expected. The installers were efficient at the task, conveyed knowledge and courtesy in response to questions, and appeared to work well as a team together.
Neat and Professional Edison Heating and Cooling was from start to finish patient and professional. Our house is over 100 years young, but they were able to retrofit central air neatly and cleanly. The field crews were courteous and well organized. Overall an excellent job by all.
overall a good experience I was less than thrilled that I had to replace my air-conditioner because of the expense, but Edison Heating and Cooling gave the best price for what I wanted to get and was willing to work with me to purchase the unit. I got it after the heat of the season so I have not had much opportunity to use the unit yet but I hope that will be a good experience as well.

Outstanding!!! We came home from a 10 day vacation in Texas to find out we had no AC in our house in New Jersey. After having a few other companies SS our problem we had Edison Heating & Cooling come. Determined we needed a whole new system on a Friday afternoon & Monday morning they were there 8 AM replaced our entire system, gave us a great price &excellent we were running by 5:30pm ! Excellent from beginning to end!
