What an excellent experience! Recently we had to have a new furnace and hot water heater installed as the current ones were in sad shape. The company sent me the name and picture of the person who would be visiting our home. When the gentleman who would supervise the work, Dan, arrived he was polite and informative. Our experience exceeded all our expectations. Jordan, AJ, and Dave were excellent! They did an excellent job with the installation and explained everything's features perfectly. We highly recommend their products and services to everyone. Our humidifier works great and we plan to use them for all other products in the future!
Excellent customer service and a quick response to an emergency We recently moved into a new home and knew the heating systems were reaching end-of-life so we began calling HVAC companies to provide recommendations and estimates for a new furnace and water heater. Easy from the phone call to the paper work. Top notch service from the phone call to the end with the paper work. They even came to my job to fill out the paper work so I didn't need to take a day off.

We had the pleasure of working with 2 of their highly professional employees -- Ryan sales and Pat service/install. Ryan is very solid and client focussed sales person. Pat Black (service manager) is a very astute, professional and knowledgeable service manager. Kudos to both Ryan and Pat.
