I liked it when I had to get in touch with Ed and the contact between me Dyiana. It was easy when you had a person to help you with the paper work.
I am very inept on my iPad and had trouble opening a lot of material sent to me. I had to scan material to Mr. Buck and he would only get the front, not the back, I did not understand a lot of the terminology and I was all round just ignorant during the whole process. Mr. Buck always returned my frantic calls for help right away and always assured me that I was doing just fine. He has the patience of a saint, as did everyone involved in the process.He was always calm and totally professional.
Ed walked us through every step of the process. Was always available for questions and always professional and pleasant.
