I am very inept on my iPad and had trouble opening a lot of material sent to me. I had to scan material to Mr. Buck and he would only get the front, not the back, I did not understand a lot of the terminology and I was all round just ignorant during the whole process. Mr. Buck always returned my frantic calls for help right away and always assured me that I was doing just fine. He has the patience of a saint, as did everyone involved in the process.He was always calm and totally professional.

Throughout the entire process Ed had complete confidence and understanding, as well as being able to assist with anything that came up. When signing there was a missing addendum, and Ed at 4:30 communicated with everyone to get the paper and have it be signed by both parties and the other agents involved.
