We have closed numerous transactions with Ed and he ALWAYS follows through and stays current with contract deadlines, etc. Ed Buck is a person we always highly recommend.
Working with Ed and his team was very pleasant and easy. Ed and his co-workers were easy to reach. They responded to my calls either immediately or returned calls very quickly. They answered my questions very clearly and provided professional advises that helped me to optimize parameters of my loan. We had a couple of hard bumps on the road when FedEx did not deliver signed documents in time and Ed's team went above an beyond to accommodate that issue. Very satisfied and firmly recommend Ed.

Communication was great
I love that he’s passionate about his job and helping his clients. To be completely 100% transparent however, I do feel that the information needed was a bit excessive BUT he did get the job done and I’d prefer too much info needed than too little because you can never be too careful!
