Everyone was very friendly and professional. Procedures were explained well and were performed with minimum discomfort. Dr. Segal and his team were excellent. They were very friendly, and they discussed everything they were about to do in advance. They made sure all my questions were answered; in fact, Dr. Segal took several minutes during my first visit to give me a quick PowerPoint explanation of what was being done. Excellent first appointment Excellent first appointment! I had to cited to switch practitioners and could not have been more pleased with my initial appointment at Dr. Segal's office. His office staff, dental assistance and the doctor himself for all friendly, professional, polite and really took the time to answer all questions.

Very professional! I was nervous going in for my gum graft surgery but Dr Segal and his staff made every effort to make me feel comfortable. I had local anesthetic so Dr Segal alerted me prior to each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. They also assured me that I could call at any time with a concern or question.
