Stress free experience. I always feel relaxed when I am there, which is not always the case when I go to the dentist. Kate did a thorough but gentle job on checking and cleaning my teeth. I guess it helped that I got a good report but I am usually OK going in since everyone there is nice and friendly. I really like Dr.Segal. I think he "knows his stuff" and is a very good diagnostician, besides having a good chairside manner and being very nice. I think that even if I needed a procedure done there, I would be comfortable.
Kate is always most professional and genuinely concerned about patient care. The rest of the staff are also very professional and friendly. I was disappointed not to see Ed during this visit as there were several issues that came up and it would have been nice to get his opinion during the visit. I did get a call a couple of days notifying me that he would be at a conference, but that isn't much time to reschedule based on your current busy schedule and my short time to be in the area.
