Quality, Efficient Service. I have known the owner of Efficient Home Solutions for over six years, and find him to be exceptionally knowledgeable in all areas of HVAC. He can and will honestly tell you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. But saying that, one can count on his fairness of pricing. I know of at least six people who have used EHS's services and all are extremely pleased with company's technicians, the timeliness of service, and the money-saving results.

Great Information Saved us Money! David Rivera, the owner of Efficient Home Solutions (EHS), has given several lectures to my organization. Many of our members have used his services. Money well spent, AC crew and Insulation crews were very respectful young men. I live in the Lakewood Dallas area and own an older home. I have settled for years with an uncomfortable home in the Summer and Winter months because I assumed I had to because of the age of my home. These guys are the greatest! My wife and I moved to another home a little over one year ago. We were not happy to have the air conditioning break down but we were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the professional and expert service we received from EHS! Sweet, sweet Sarah! She is a calm voice when I am stressed. I've used this company for my heating and air for about 5 years and they have never let me down. Best google search I ever made! While it wasn't the hottest August day this is still Texas. I called multiple companies that offer 24/7 and EHS was the only one who had someone that could come out. Rocky was my service provider and he had my unit back up in minutes and the cost was affordable. I would recommend this company to everyone!
