Very efficient and accommodating. I was impressed with the initial visit. The sales rep was very thorough in doing an energy evaluation and explaining everything to us. He provided us with several options and did not try to pressure us in any way. The team arrived on schedule and had texted me to let me know more precisely when they would be there. They were very careful about keeping the house clean and they finished the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased.

Excellent Customer Service! Rocky was the associate I worked with and from the beginning to end he was VERY patient, knowledgable, and committed to me as a consumer. Expectations were surpassed. My expectations are almost never met, this Company not only met my expectations, they surpassed them. They did everything they said they would do, they protected my property both inside and outside. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They even installed insulation on my other outside AC unit when they noticed it was old and cracked. I love my new AC and Heating system and my low payments on the new system. I hope cheaper electric bills will help me with payment. Thank You EHS

Excellent. I have finally found a company I can feel comfortable with. Michael, my technician, called prior to arrival and spent a lot of time going over my unit and explaining what he was doing and why. No high pressure sales, no rush job. First Time Customer. Have been shopping around for a Heating & A/C Svc Co. for a year now. Talked to Svc Rep/Barbara on phone asking a lot of questions and explaining past experiences. Barbara was very patient and polite, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I understood. Next day Tech/Michael arrived at scheduled time, on time. New Furnace in a day @ a great price. This company offers amazing customer service and the price is so reasonable and their expertise is great. My heat was not working on a day where it was 30 degrees and forecast was calling for sleet. I had one company come out and give me a ridiculous quote for a new furnace and telling me they could not install it until Monday. Then a friend suggest I call Mike at EHS. insulation and a/c-heater. W e had 16 inches of additional blown-in insulation added to our attic + a new a/c-heater installed. We were so impressed with the initial evaluation with David Rivera with the Plano office. The insulation installation went smoothly as well as the a/c &heater installation.
