Increased Comfort Level. Thanks to Yahoos search engine I found Efficient Home Solutions who installed radiant barrier in my attic and three wind turbines. To date I am very pleased with the increased comfort level of my little humble abode. I look forward to seeing reduced electric bills all summer longhristie.

Old Fashion Customer Service. After visiting old friends in Georgetown a couple of weeks ago and listening to them brag about how much money they saved on their electric bills once their A/C unit was serviced and two returns added. I decided it was time fore my house to be checked for energy efficiency. They even told me it would help my taxes this year if we showed we upgraded our home to be more energy efficient. Sooner that later. Efficient Home Solutions is the one to trust was feeling a large temperature difference in my master bedroom and bathroom I kept thinking it was my imagination, however my electric and gas bill kept escalating to an unreasonable amount, I started searching in Google for a Company I could depend on and trust to give me true facts. They did a great job. We found Efficient Home Solutions through a internet search and had them fill the walls of our 1954 home in Umiverstiy Park with Insulation using a process they called drill and fill, they also added insulation in our attic after foam sealing it. The difference in the electric bill was way more than we expected and to our surprise our home is much quieter. Room to room temp changes went away as well, just like they told us it would. They did a great job.

Crisis Averted. When our very old furnace almost burned the house down we researched several HVAC companies in the Dennison area. Efficient Home Solutions had by far the most and best ratings, so we called them on December 13, 2011. Phillip Guthrie came to the house the very next day to assess the situation, and he told us what we already knew, it's time for a new HVAC system that was built in THIS century. Very satisfied with the service. I spoke personally with the owner, David Rivera who ensures his business responds to the needs of the customer. For the issues I was having with my inside and outside unit would not shut off,he sent out his technician, Weldon !!! diagnosed the problem and provided great service.Weldon knew his stuff,I was very satisfied with the service. Outstanding knowledge and explains everything really well. David came over to my parents' house to give them an energy audit. He took about 45 minutes walking around and looking and measuring different things. He then came up with a plan for improving the energy efficiency of the home and explained it to them in very simple terms.
