Rocky Lopez. The whole experience with Efficient Home Solutions was wonderful. The customer service representative was very nice. Our technician, Rocky Lopez was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. This is the first time I used this company for my A/C and they now how a customer for life.

Knowledgeable; Professional; Outstanding Service. Rocky and his partner showed up at 9:45pm to take a look at my condenser. He immediately spotted the issue and repaired the unit within 20 minutes. That time also includes his care in washing down the coils as the unit was pretty dirty. They were in and out relatively quick and provided great preventative maintenance information for me to utilize point forward with the system. Superior Company. We called explained our problem and requested an appointment. The communication from start to finish was wonderful. Excelent Service! I googled AC companies in Frisco TX and Efficient Home Solutions was the first one that came up. Called them and Christen was very professional and nice, I needed the service the day after and they were able to accommodate to my schedule. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this company and must say buyer beware. The tech did not know what he was doing and was going to charge me $550. For a motor I didn't need. They did not charge me because they could not fix the problem until they could get a part. Then they just left me to suffer in the heat for another two days...promising they would come but they didn't. After some research online, I think I was over-charged. Events- -My AC had air coming out but not cooling -Had a few recommendations from friends but I found Efficient Home Solutions online by Google. -Called Efficient Home Solutions. Life Savers!! Our downstairs AC went out for the final time yesterday and we didn't discover it until after we got home from work. Having two young children, I didn't want them sweating the next few days waiting on the home warranty company to decide when they were going to dispatch someone. Too expensive for what needed to be done and when the technician returned to simply put a new circuit board in, it took over 2 1/2 hours!!!!! The job is complete but I hesitate to call again for any service. They simply charge too much.
