Rocky Lopez. The whole experience with Efficient Home Solutions was wonderful. The customer service representative was very nice. Our technician, Rocky Lopez was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. This is the first time I used this company for my A/C and they now how a customer for life.

Superior Company. We called explained our problem and requested an appointment. The communication from start to finish was wonderful. Rocky Lopez showed up when he said he would, assessed the problem and fixed it immediately. My husband and I highly recommend this company and especially Rocky for the honesty and professionalism. Knowledgeable; Professional; Outstanding Service. Rocky and his partner showed up at 9:45pm to take a look at my condenser. He immediately spotted the issue and repaired the unit within 20 minutes. That time also includes his care in washing down the coils as the unit was pretty dirty. They were in and out relatively quick and provided great preventative maintenance information for me to utilize point forward with the system. Excelent Service! I googled AC companies in Frisco TX and Efficient Home Solutions was the first one that came up. Called them and Christen was very professional and nice, I needed the service the day after and they were able to accommodate to my schedule. HVAC replacement. Awesome job! Everyone at Efficient Home Solutions is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I needed to replace my system and David, Mark, Mary, Wendy, Naz, and Javier took care of everything! My questions were answered, concerns addressed, and the project completed in what seemed like nano seconds. My home is now cool and comfortable, just like I like it! Outstanding Company with great people. Efficient Home Solutions is a great company with great people. Customer Service is outstanding as well as follow up. Efficient Home Solutions replaced our heating and air conditioning systems with Lennox units. This has increased the air flow throughout our home making a significant difference. In addition to the new units, they added an attic tent and insulation. They offered an A/C financing program allowing us to purchase what we needed to improve the air quality in our home.

They came out in the summer of Texas in less than 3 hours, super quick. They fixed my AC unit within 15 minutes. The technicians were polite and professionals. I rated 3 stars on Will Recommend because they are not cheap.
