ROCKY ROCKS!!! I called several places and went with this one because they were able to come out tonight!! I called @530 and Rocky showed up @ 8. He walked up and had a diagnosis in less than 3 min. He was able to give us 3 detailed options on repair with price points so that we could make the best decision for our family. Best Service Companies Around. I woke up on Sunday morning with my A/C unit not working. I called Efficient Home Solutions and spoke with David. He told me someone would call me between 9a-11a. Mike called at 10:30a and was on his way. He was personable and very knowledgeable. We called my homeowner's insurance (had hail damage to be fixed) and he sent pictures and his estimate. Great company. My wife and I just bought a home and the A/C unit is on it's way out. Rocky was very helpful giving us all the info and options we needed to make a decision on what to do next. Would recommend to anybody with A/C issues.
Great work for a Sunday Morning. I woke up on a Sunday morning to a horrific noise coming from my AC in the hallway. I contacted EHS, and they were out here within 2 hours. By 11:30AM, Michael had my AC unit working again, which was much appreciated. Michael was diligent in his efforts to repair, and also cleaned my unit for me, tested my coolant levels, and made maintenence tips for me. I would highly recommend EHS, and thank Michael in particular for helping me out.
You Guys are AWESOME!!! We bought our house as new construction and for 11 years our master bedroom was hot.. and not in a good way; didn't matter if it was summer or winter it was always uncomfortable. Excellent Customer Service! Rocky was the associate I worked with and from the beginning to end he was VERY patient, knowledgable, and committed to me as a consumer. I could trust in his recommendations and felt as if his service was truly genuine. These are amazing qualities to find in HVAC dealers and help make the process much EASIER!
Very efficient and accommodating. I was impressed with the initial visit. The sales rep was very thorough in doing an energy evaluation and explaining everything to us. He provided us with several options and did not try to pressure us in any way. The team arrived on schedule and had texted me to let me know more precisely when they would be there. They were very careful about keeping the house clean and they finished the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased.
Expectations were surpassed. My expectations are almost never met, this Company not only met my expectations, they surpassed them. They did everything they said they would do, they protected my property both inside and outside. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They even installed insulation on my other outside AC unit when they noticed it was old and cracked. I love my new AC and Heating system and my low payments on the new system.
