I had another wonderful experience renting from El Monte. Rose Rosetes helped me through the entire process after an initial mishap with another rental company and that's why I believe El Monte is the best customer service. The ability to call the toll number at any time and for them to pick up and assist is a life saver. The cleanliness of the RV, the walkthroughs and amenitites on top of the sense of assistance and accountability is what makes El Monte so worth it!
