The service here at El Monte RV is TOP NOTCH!!! WHAT CAN I SAY, EVERYONE WAS SO HELPFUL BUT ESPECIALLY MRS.CHRISTINA FLORES. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO GIVE ME THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND IT SHOWED. I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW KIND SHE WAS AND REALLY RELATED TO ME ON A PERSONAL NOTE. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON EXPLAINING CERTAIN TOPICS TO ME, FOR THAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR HER. EL MONTE HAS MY BUSINESS AGAIN FORSURE AND THAT IS BECAUSE OF HER.

CHRISTIAN AND Rose were great representatives, knowledgeable and kind, Had an issue with a bad battery that was questionable before we left that should have been replaced. Last year, we took 6 showers. This year, we ran out of water after 2 showers, and the water tank refill outlet was more convenient last year, refilled when dry camping. Could not refill tank this year,dry camping again.
