The vehicle had quite some technical issues, the power hook up bot working being the main one. The help hotline was reachable well most of the time. They were explicitly helpfulwith our flat tire. The cleanness of the rv at pickup was unsatisfactory.

Rebecca was great. She did our paperwork, checked us into the RV and did all aspects of our return. She is fantastic and is the reason we will rent from you again.
