We turned up at 10am as instructed by the agents we booked through. El Monte then tell us that the motor home won’t be ready until 1.30pm but we could have it early if we stump up another $200. That seems pretty steep for three hours and with two young children it’s not great. What really grates though is their attitude. No kind of welcome, no empathy, no concept of finding a solution. They were just distant and unfriendly. Absolutely appalling customer care and an awful way to start our trip. Â

In reviewing your specific case it seems you booked thru a 3rd party online travel agency. In reporting your case to your travel agency they did claim the pick up times and costs were clearly disclosed.
