We had a terrible experience. Their pre and post inspection of the vehicle we rented was done without any accountability and the result was El Monte RV charging us for things that were not our doing. Their customer service was disgraceful they were rude, obnoxious and showed little respect. My advice would be to go with their competitors who appear to be a lot more popular and respect their clients.
