Rodney was extremely helpful and friendly after having some issues and a misunderstanding relating to the security deposit that could not be taken via debit. Karl helped us through our paperwork and was very thorough when showing us the vehicle.

Rodney and Karl were very helpful they gave us very good input on our planned route. The RV was very clean and we had no issues during our trip. Pick up and drop off were very well oganized, Rodney even helped us getting the Uber Driver to the pick up point which is not that easy to find. We had a wonderful time in the U.S. and we would love to come back.
