Pick up and drop-off was smooth, vehicle ok, small issues only such as water indicator defect, right mirror loosened but could be tightened easily. We had a great time.

Despite the sudden dreadful weather the employer took his time to slowly and meticulously go over all the things we needed to know. Staff was friendly and helpful.
