Renting RV from ElMonte was real easy. They explained everything we needed to know as first time RVers.

Assistance by Mike & Irfan was wonderful!! This particulier motorhome was the only downside... much lower quality (rough) compared to our firsr experience. Still enjoyed our trip but would suggest this unit be taken out of rotation.
