Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, professional. I'm always been seeing on time. The healing process is always explained in detail, what is being done and how it helps me get on my feet again. Thank you
Se. Sean O’Meara was very informative and nurse assisting was just as helpful in answering any questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience , very professional and I look forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend these group of doctors!

Dr. O’meara is very professional and honest with his treatment. I visited for heel pain and left happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. O’Meara.
I am not satisfied at all with this office. When you call, you can't talk to a person (except for the appointment desk). You are required to leave a message then no one ever returns your call. I tried several times and selected multiple departments. No response. I paid $450 for orthotics for which one is clearly not made correctly. I brought it back to have them remake it only to be told I have to make an appointment with the doctor to have my foot recast which would cost me a copay. This is the fifth time I called. They never return calls. They really sucky.
After they receive your money, it is radio silence. I was quoted $450 for shoe inserts which i paid on 6/26/24 at my appointment to have my feet scaned for the inserts. A couple weeks later, I received a bill for $71.62 for "Office Visit Level 3" which I paid. I suppose i should have asked at my appointment how long it would take to receive the inserts, but I assumed I would hear when they were ready. I think it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS how hard it is to get a love person to speak with. I love Dr. Rosado and I've appreciated her great care but I'm appalled that someone so good would have such a horrible, terrible phone system. How does a facility like this have numbers that go nowhere? Why does it have to be so so so so very difficult to make an appointment? Why? I'd rather find another podiatrist than subject myself to the frustration and stress it causes just to make an appointment. I'm fine and I'm out.
