Really bad customer service. They won't answer the app and to talk over the phone with someone is really hard. Sometimes that I was able to talk to someone took me 45 min. Also one day I had an appointment and they cancel the same day of the appointment in fact I was already on the way. They gave me another appointment 2 weeks from the original appointment. Ricardo, We are sorry that we did not provide you with the 5 star service. We would like discuss a couple issues that you stated in your review. We have a texting application to be used by all patients. Answer time varies but we either text you or call you. Call logs show that we have called you 6 times between 8-29-2023 and 11-3-2023 in regards to questions or concerns which is all documented in our system. I am writing this review on behalf of my sister Margie Garcia. She was not treated well by the front office specifically Sandra Miranda. My sister was unable to understand how to fill the online paperwork and Ms. Miranda was very rude to her telling her that she did not have time to assist. Even if true, she was arrogant and mean. The customer service is really bad, I was given an appointment at 8:45and they don't even open until 9:00 and the wait time is really long. When I set my appointment, I asked if my insurance was going to cover my treatment and I was told that it would cover but I would have to pay the copayment. Ricardo, I appreciate your review. Wait time can vary depending on location and patient load for that day. We try hard to get patients in and out but depending on patients needs we give everyone the time they deserve. It is important knowing your insurance plan. Your copay $45 dollars to see a specialist. Horrible service. The medical staff is completely rude. I was told they don’t answer to anyone other than the Doctor. Mari lied and said she submitted my son’s authorization and lied about calling me. My insurance never received the authorization and there’s no call on my caller i.d. She didn’t even want to show me prof of her sending the authorization. I get an automated response when I complain but I get no realistic solution and no offer to help with my issue.
