I've been going to Elements for a few years now and have always been impressed. I chipped a tooth last week and they were able to get me in that same day to fix it.
All of the staff and Dentists at Elements are the most caring and professional group of Dentists that I've ever encountered. They go above and beyond at every visit, have a beautiful office for maximum comfort, and even provide transportation for local seniors who need it. I could go on and on about how wonderful this practice is. I highly recommend!

My filling fell out of my tooth on a Saturday night, I was set to leave the state Monday morning, and Elements returned my after hours call first thing the next morning and booked me their first appointment of the day! They were also incredibly nice and gave me a discount since my insurance didn't cover the service. Every single person there was SO nice and I can genuinely say it was a great visit to the dentist. It was my first time at their office and I am officially a return patient. And Sunday hours?!?! Such a lifesaver.
This is truly the best dental visit I have ever had. The staff is super friendly and the environment is awesome.
Whenever I purchase anything, whether it be goods or services, I always pay close attention to the customer service aspect of the business and/or person I am dealing with. Unfortunately, customer service is a term that is too often thrown around by many businesses without backing up their talk.
