My filling fell out of my tooth on a Saturday night, I was set to leave the state Monday morning, and Elements returned my after hours call first thing the next morning and booked me their first appointment of the day! They were also incredibly nice and gave me a discount since my insurance didn't cover the service. Every single person there was SO nice and I can genuinely say it was a great visit to the dentist. It was my first time at their office and I am officially a return patient. And Sunday hours?!?! Such a lifesaver.

Whenever I purchase anything, whether it be goods or services, I always pay close attention to the customer service aspect of the business and/or person I am dealing with. Unfortunately, customer service is a term that is too often thrown around by many businesses without backing up their talk. Elements Dental is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is professional and make you feel so welcome. The office is beautiful and immaculate. I have recommended them to my family and friends and those that took my advice are now very happy patients there too! I can't tell you how glad I am to have found them!
