Jeep Wrangler Owners - read this review and it will save you both time and money. Eleras group confirmed on multiple occasions that my Jeep which has a 2.5 inch lift kit and 34.6 inch wheels would be covered under their policy. I submitted a $400 claim for my Navigation unit not working and the insurance company sent out an inspector, declined my claim and canceled my contract stating my Jeep had been modified and they reserve the right to cancel any contracts they wish for vehicles that have been modified. We did speak to Mr. ******* several times regarding this and did the best we could for him with the administrator, but unfortunately, they make the final decision about claims. We are only the seller of the policy. Since Mr. ******* was unable to keep the coverage, we refunded him in full immediately and sent him a check for the full amount he had paid into the coverage.
