I think they need to stop sending mail to me or I'll be sending law enforcement to their personal residences with restraining orders.
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: Please provide us with the customer code on your notice that you received and we will gladly remove you from all mailing lists. We can't speak for other companies that may send you an offer to purchase coverage. If you receive any further unwanted notifications, disregard them in the trash can. Again, provide us with the customer code and you won't receive any more mail from our company. We hope you have a wonderful day.
Wow the disrespect I received when I told the man on the phone I was NOT interested in his warranty for my car! First off, there needs to be something on the card stating this is from an outside source and not the place you purchased your vehicle. I thought something was wrong with the warranty I already purchased when I got my car. The phone representative was such a jerk and I told him I was not dealing with his harassment and to take me off his list!
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: You have been removed from our mailing list. We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. All our calls are recorded for quality assurance and training, we will make sure the call is reviewed and handle the situation accordingly.
I received a notice in the mail it was very misleading and made it seem like the current warranty on my car was going to be canceled. When I contacted the company I asked the rep to veirfy the company name he’s working for and said it was this company Eleras. I explained Im already paying for a car warranty with another business and I would appreciate if they didnt send me notices and he kept trying to keep me on the phone saying this company is way cheaper. The representative also kept cutting me off mid sentence as well. T... read more

To Whom This May Concern: We apologize that you may have had an unsatisfactory experience. We record all calls for quality assurance and training purposes and we will act accordingly. You have been removed from our mailing list as well.
They had sent me a letter in the mail saying my warranty has expired and I will be eligible for all costs of damages. This had throw me off as I have a brand new 2020 car. Any more they had said I’d be charged a one time fee and a low monthly cost. Both were incorrect. I would like to cancel and get a full refund due to this being an illegal scam act as false advertisement. If I have to get legal measurements in place I’m sure they would have a good day with this. And get me my money back.
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: We are not a scam. This is a legitimate company that sets up vehicle service contracts through A rated administrators that have paid over 1 billion dollars in claims. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused. Your policy has been cancelled per your request.
Very official looking final notice mailer received today, looking as if mailed from Honda. Left corner says my vehicle, then Official Business and then Penalty for Private Use $300. Stated it was my Final Notice, yada yada, Scary I WILL BE FINANCIALLY LIABLE for all repairs, etc. Call now or else basically. Sadly, am sure this will never be the final notice or phone call. I had to hunt to find the actual name of their company on this letter. It is mentioned once, in very fine small print. Deceiving letter, and total BS, and ... read more
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: This is not a customer of Eleras Group's. Eleras Group is a broker that sells legitimate vehicle service contracts through A rated administrators. These administrators have paid over 1 billion dollars in claims. If you don't want protection and don't want to continue getting notices from our company, then provide us with the client ID in the upper right hand corner of the notice and we will remove you from the mailing list. Kind Regards.
I apparently misread the phone number and reached this company. I named the company that already had similar coverage for my car and said I wanted to transfer to monthly payments. So it was done. When I later realized that this "coverage" meant I had two coverages for same car I wrote ELARIS to cancel this policy. After three phone calls and three letters over four months I got a partial refund of $378.94. This mistake only cost me 216.00 so I guess I was fortunate!
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: We don't claim to be anyone other than who we are. We sell vehicle service contracts for A rated administrators that pay out on claims. We apologize if there was any confusion. The refund that was sent was pro rated based off of the time and the mileage that went unused. This customer also charged back 2 payments, so the refund was significantly less based off of the chargebacks issued. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us at ************.
These clowns operate the worst scam service ever. After being bombarded by their calls and direct mailings threatening warranty invalidation on my new car, I called to ask if they are affiliated with my car company. "Mark," who answered, said that they work directly with my automaker. I pointed out that I'd called my dealership and wasn't in danger of warranty invalidation. I asked Mark to quit contacting me; Mark said I called him. I told him I did so because of his company's relentless fake threat marketing scam. Mark trie... read more

To Whom This May Concern: In order to get you removed from our mailing list we would need you to provide us with the customer ID code on the mailer that you were sent. We will make sure you are never contacted again by our company. We can not speak for any other 3rd party company that sells vehicle service contracts. Eleras Group sells vehicle service contracts to consumers that want to continue to protect their vehicle outside of the factory warranty. We never claim to be the manufacturer or the dealership. i recieved a letter from this company; the letter gives the strong impression that it is from a government agency (official business) and that it has specific information about my vehicle but in fact it is private; it also uses scare tactics to promote its produce (extended warranties). Those with limited english could be fooled into spending unnecessary money.
These folks have been hounding me by mail and phone sometimes up to 4 times a day to buy an extended auto warranty. I have "opted out" multiple times and even spoke to several customer reps and asked to be taken off the list but the torture continues! MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!
