This place will meet their needs for now and is comfortable. They would like it there and the space will work for them. However it doesn’t have Memory Care and it might be after [name removed] memory testing is completed that we need to find more care than Bella Vista can provide. I could see my in-laws living there.
The tour was very informative, the facility is well equipped, the staff are very helpful and polite. overall tour was excellent.
The staff is pleasant and well informed to the needs of our parents. With a spacious 1 bedroom deluxe apt. They enjoy their meals in the dining room with a variety of different foods. There are many activities available throughout the week, with happy hour on Fridays.
It's very good in some ways. In the end, my mom needed more assistance. It's a good place if you don't need much assistance.

I love Elison Of Bella Vita! The community has wonderful charm and great amenities, but what really makes this community stand out is the staff. The team is amazing, and they really care about the residents. You will not find a community with better people, and that is what really matters when care is needed.
The community is warm, vibrant, and down-to-earth, and offer an unbeatable value starting at $[removed], which includes all utilities, weekly housekeeping, laundry, transportation, three meals per day in a restaurant style dining room, and 24/7 access to care staff, among other amenities. It provides exceptional care and service.
Our family and loved one have had a great experience with Elison of Bella Vita. The community is clean. The staff are is friendly, caring, and helpful. Everyone is very welcoming. There are meals and activities provided to keep the residents engaged and social. Overall, we would recommend the community to others.
I toured this facility and it was great! I really liked it. Its beautiful, reasonably priced, and very clean. However, they don't have a memory care unit and I knew my loved one would need that in the near future, so we continued our search. If you don't have a need for memory care, I would definitely recommend this facility!
Our timing was not great with Covid surges. Also, they transitioned from one ownership to another after my loved one moved in. But she has now settled in. There were some challenges and hiccups along the way. But whenever there was a hiccup, we would talk to someone at Elison, and it was dealt with. The only issue we're still having is lack of help in the dining room. And I know that's occurring everywhere right now.
