My mother is getting the care that she needs and the therapy that she needs. The dinning room is good food and the activities are great if she would be more open to participating. She just has to get used to the changes and the staff are nice and open with the residents.
There are a lot of staff turnover. It is a good value for the money. The food has a good variety and it is very tasty. Bingo, social every night, bus rides on Sundays, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.
We toured this community and the tour was ok but the staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The facility was older though.
We chose Elmcroft of Bella Vita because of the location, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff members. The facility is also very beautiful and has pretty surroundings. The room sizes are really good. I would recommend.
During the pandemic the community has been very good at cleaning and delivering meals. Elmcroft of Bella Vita has met our needs. We are pleased with the community and how they have treated my loved one.
In the beginning, we chose this facility because it was cleaner and nicer when we toured it than some others. She also liked the patio area so that she could enjoy outside when she wanted to. I would want others to know that when I finally got into her room after the lockdown, it smelled very bad. It seemed that during COVID they were not cleaning the inside of the facility. The staff is very caring and friendly. They have a lot to do there. The residents look happy and are active. The food was good. They have a lot of floor plans. There are add in charges for additional care.
Mom has been at Brookdale for 8 months now and so many of our issues have not been addressed. I am still not sure of what services the nursing staff provides. Minor issues were not able to be handled in house. Promise of some landscaping outside her lanai has not been seen to. The staff is most friendly and very willing to give assistance when approached. The problem seems to be with the management which seems to "pass the buck" when questioned. In general it has been difficult to get any real answers or solutions
Beautiful facility. Very clean and bright. Residents look happy. Caring, friendly staff. Good food , great selection. Looking forward to moving my Mom here,.
