Our family and loved one have had a great experience with Elison of Bella Vita. The community is clean. The staff are is friendly, caring, and helpful. Everyone is very welcoming. There are meals and activities provided to keep the residents engaged and social. Overall, we would recommend the community to others.
I toured this facility and it was great! I really liked it. Its beautiful, reasonably priced, and very clean. However, they don't have a memory care unit and I knew my loved one would need that in the near future, so we continued our search. If you don't have a need for memory care, I would definitely recommend this facility!
Our timing was not great with Covid surges. Also, they transitioned from one ownership to another after my loved one moved in. But she has now settled in. There were some challenges and hiccups along the way. But whenever there was a hiccup, we would talk to someone at Elison, and it was dealt with. The only issue we're still having is lack of help in the dining room. And I know that's occurring everywhere right now. My mother is getting the care that she needs and the therapy that she needs. The dinning room is good food and the activities are great if she would be more open to participating. She just has to get used to the changes and the staff are nice and open with the residents.
There are a lot of staff turnover. It is a good value for the money. The food has a good variety and it is very tasty. Bingo, social every night, bus rides on Sundays, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.
We toured this community and the tour was ok but the staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The facility was older though.
We chose Elmcroft of Bella Vita because of the location, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff members. The facility is also very beautiful and has pretty surroundings. The room sizes are really good. I would recommend.
During the pandemic the community has been very good at cleaning and delivering meals. Elmcroft of Bella Vita has met our needs. We are pleased with the community and how they have treated my loved one.
In the beginning, we chose this facility because it was cleaner and nicer when we toured it than some others. She also liked the patio area so that she could enjoy outside when she wanted to. I would want others to know that when I finally got into her room after the lockdown, it smelled very bad. It seemed that during COVID they were not cleaning the inside of the facility.
