Easy to set convenient appointment. Done on time. Clearly explained required service. Accommodated my requests. It was seamless. Washed vehicle. One complaint---a quick vacuum job would have been nice.

As always, Elite Mercedes provided top notch service. I made an appointment, arrived a little early and my car was immediately taken into the shop to be serviced. While my car was being serviced, I was given another car so I could run some errands. After about two hours my car was done and returned to cleaned up. Taking your car to a MB dealer might not be the cheapest option but it's worth it in my opinion. I prefer OEM parts and factory trained technicians.
