As always, Elite Mercedes provided top notch service. I made an appointment, arrived a little early and my car was immediately taken into the shop to be serviced. While my car was being serviced, I was given another car so I could run some errands. After about two hours my car was done and returned to cleaned up. Taking your car to a MB dealer might not be the cheapest option but it's worth it in my opinion. I prefer OEM parts and factory trained technicians.

They always treat me like family. They had to keep my car overnight because of a recall that they had to do. They didn't have a loaner which I was a little upset over that. And they did wash my car but they did not vacuum or clean it out very well. But as of the main service they did an exceptional job
