Although there was some delay in the service, it was due to the need to locate a sensor. Work was done well as in the past. Elite has done all the work on this vehicle, while in Springfield, since it was purchased.

I love Mercedes and the service I usually get, it wasn't bad, just less communication then normal and took a little longer then usual. I'm sure that is due to Covid, because all business's are that way. I would like a loaner when it's going to take more then a day or 2 and I would have had the oil changed, and maybe the AC recharged if they had asked. I will be bringing in my other Benz shortly for its normal services too.
