I love Mercedes and the service I usually get, it wasn't bad, just less communication then normal and took a little longer then usual. I'm sure that is due to Covid, because all business's are that way. I would like a loaner when it's going to take more then a day or 2 and I would have had the oil changed, and maybe the AC recharged if they had asked. I will be bringing in my other Benz shortly for its normal services too.

The service department is top-notch. Clay Holt checks me in and out and always presents the utmost professionalism and shows genuine interest in my needs. I've always been able to have a loaner vehicle when I request one. I worked with the sales department on one occasion and wasn't pleased, however.
