I usually feel a bit anxious going to a new provider, but Mary is quite friendly to talk to over the phone and in person schedule when assisting you with making your appointments, so I gave total re-assurance that I was going to be ok. I came to Elite Dental as a first time patient and found their office to be extremely efficient and professional. I was given complete attention during the entire visit by all staff members. Everything was explained in detail. I left knowing I had made a good choice and will look forward to returning in six months for my next visit.
Dr Kathein was so amazing. So nice and gentle. At the advice of a friend I drove one hour to see her. She explained everything and all my options in great detail and spent such a lengthy amount of time with me. Her work is amazing and her expertise shows. She gave me her honest opinion and her prices are so much more than fair that it was worth the drive.
