Greeted by name by my favorite receptionist, Kathy who is ALWAYS cheerful to clients. Offered coffee & cookies of which I availed myself post appointment. Comfort food! Escorted into bright, immaculate treatment room ( to which I was accustomed at other office) by Michel who performed her work efficiently after explanation where necessary. Exam by Dr. Behn necessitated further instruction which he gave orally & in written form. Also was treated like family & able to be updated on life's happenings as cleaning & exam done. Dr. Behn, Kathy, Michelle and Mary are Awesome! From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave you are made to feel welcomed and valued. I have never been more satisfied with a doctor and his staff than with these wonderful folks.
