After much searching and countless awful dental experiences in the Antelope Valley, I finally found Elite Dental. My family of 5 have been clients for almost 9 years. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ju and the dental staff are gentle, knowledgeable, and honest. The office staff is efficient and do all they can to accommodate our needs. Hi, Payne, Sorry to hear about your experience. As we explained on phone we don't have any patient with the information you provided on phone. It seems you are confusing us with another dental office. Also, our office does not provide any services outside our lancaster facility. we have only one office in Lancaster. Elite Dental is just a fictitious name and any corporation can have Elite Dental as fictitious name. We don't have any control on fictitious names as its authorised by different govermental agencies.
The staff was not welcoming and I had to wait 1 hour and half for a cleaning. I was really satisfied with their service but today it was horrible for the long wait and didn’t even apologize for delay.
Completely a horrible job ! i went in today and completely was hurting my gums and being rough when i even said “its hurting me” Completely bypassed my pain and said “You’re Gums are swollen because you don’t floss”. Super unprofessional with me and if they continue i will want a formal complaint.
UNSCRUPULOUS office practice! Do not come here unless you want to be lied to, disrespected and cheated. My dental appointment with Saharan was on 7/13/22. I was interested on the cost of a Bridge. They said they would submit the paperwork to my insurance. 1 month later, I hadn't heard back from the office, Elite Dental on 17th St. in Lancaster, CA so I called them. You, charge to the insurance for The visit and you did not gave me any information, except for the cleanings, which I didn't ask.
Like any other dentist, you charge for the visit after tell us the fortune your charge to do the work.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience at Elite dental office. I have two college kids that are home during summer. Our goal is to make appts for when they are home. I had made an appt for my son to get his wisdom teeth out with the oral surgeon more than a month in advance. Showed up for the appt 15 minutes early. He signed his paperwork, I paid the co-payment. I went in for a cleaning. I was also a first time patient so I had to get an exam (I even asked if I could just have a cleaning). They said it was standard practice for new patients so I was cool with it. They told me the price for the exam would be $35 and the cleaning would be $30. I agreed to these prices. After performing the exam, while sitting in the chair listening to the dentists recommendations I was told the cleaning would be $69.
