Unfortunately we had a bad experience at Elite dental office. I have two college kids that are home during summer. Our goal is to make appts for when they are home. I had made an appt for my son to get his wisdom teeth out with the oral surgeon more than a month in advance. Showed up for the appt 15 minutes early. He signed his paperwork, I paid the co-payment. I went in for a cleaning. I was also a first time patient so I had to get an exam (I even asked if I could just have a cleaning). They said it was standard practice for new patients so I was cool with it. They told me the price for the exam would be $35 and the cleaning would be $30. I agreed to these prices. After performing the exam, while sitting in the chair listening to the dentists recommendations I was told the cleaning would be $69. If you have Medi-Cal don't waste your time here
Atendieron muy rápido y muy bien pero de que sirve la atención si no trabajan bien. Lo malo fue la limpieza dental de menos de 5 minutos, esto es Xq fui con mi seguro y no hay que pagar, creo que si hubiera ido con dinero en mano hubiera sido mejor :(

Dr Kevin Ju....not happy with his treatment and professionalism. Staff is great.
Well, today's visit was NOT pleasant. Staff is always nice/great. Dr Kevin Chu, is another story all together. I am very disappointed and shocked of the treatment I received. I went in for a cleaning and 6 month check-up. Dr Kevin Chu poked and probed my teeth and gums until they bled, and then wanted to me put my finger in my mouth to show him where the pain/sensitivity was coming from...Hmm, well, Dr. probably where I was BLEEDING and expressing pain! Currently in the room as a dental assistant and the dentist are arguing, not only making feel uncomfortable but also making my service longer. I'm pretty upset.
