This contractor is a company of thieves. I was looking to get my roof replaced, an older guy came out, and I put a $1,500 dollar down payment. Two days latter they called and said the shingles was not available, and could I choose another one. I have an HOA and they didn� t allow it. King story short they could not deliver. After 4 months I requested a refund. They stalled and said they sent check and did not. Then they claimed to have had a fire. Contractor crew arrived on time and went to work. Put down drop cloths from front door to bathroom.
First they left roofing nails all over. I called them for a leak. They came out once, said it was taken care of, still the leak. They stood me up 3 times with appointments that I waited and waited and NO SHOW, not even a call. I had 2 other guys come out just to tell me that they can't do anything about my disgusting bedroom wall and ceiling because they do not know where the leak is coming from. They told me that when it rains to go up and take pictures of a drip. (REALLY) Please look elsewhere for a roof.

Hi Janette, we regret you feel this way, we do our very best to get every nail up we use magnetic rollers. They work very well as long as your grass is not long and if it is not damp or wet. As far as the leak we did come out and explain it has nothing to do with the roof work at all. A lot of times homeowners feel because a company was the last one to do any type of work it must have been caused by the work they did, this is not the case in your situation. Salesman Jake, do not believe what he tells you. To get the job done you will have light a fire under their axx. Took them 10 months to replace my front door and surrounding. Stay far away from this company.
They came and replaced our roof on the side of the house It had rot and holes in the sheating So the crew replaced the shingles but not the sheating So they had to come out take off the brand new shingles put down new plywood and then reshingle the roof Then when the did the main roof repair they did a great job matching the old and new shingles but didnt caulk the grooves in the roof patch they did Then they did the porch roof they caulked the flashing so poorly it looks like a dog did his business on my roof So I did bring... read more

We contracted with Elite for 2 new windows and to replace siding on house and attached garage. In our initial meeting with Jake, we specifically asked to have utility channel used to hold the top piece of siding into place, rather than having it glued in. We showed him where a previous contractor had glued the top piece of siding in and told him that we did NOT want this done. I want to start off this letter by stating that I am extremely unsatisfied with the level of service, and quality that your company has provided us. We met with Jake initially for our sales demonstration. Jake was pretty good, went through attic said we would need to replace roughly 6 sheets of plywood for the roof.
