The actual installation was great. The initial encounter wasn't as easy as it could have been - I insisted on 12 months interest-free, salesman bulked, boss on phone agreed, salesman had to call boss back to verify. Then my contract was supposedly accidentally shredded so it needed to be resigned, turns out coffee was spilled on original. Good thing because original did not have 12 month agreement on it, I insisted it be written on 2nd contract. But the job itself went well.

Sold us gutters and leaf guards. After several rains water pouring over gutters worse than before. We were told it was the steep pitch of our roof and excessive rain. Strange that we didn t have this problem for27 years with our old gutters. After several phone calls and visits from elite about 1/3 of the leaf guards were removed. Their financing department is utterly incompetent. So much so that they cannot even send emails for document signings properly. You would think that would be their only job. I felt like it was 1997. They quoted us 3-4 weeks for scheduling and I am on about week 8 and still have nothing. I am cancelling the contract. The delays were due (they claim) to documents not being signed because they failed to properly email them and then never followed up with us to confirm. The workmanship is stellar. As a woman, I was disappointed with the customer service. The sales manager would only speak to my husband. Even when I initiated the phone call!

I hired and purchased new gutters front/back and a storm door from Elite Remodeling, LLC. The process with my gutters went great, however my storm doors were another issue. When I called after 5 weeks, I found out that they never ordered my storm door because they didn't see it on the receipt. This meant that I was now going to have to wait longer than the 4-6 weeks since 5 weeks had already passed. Subcontractor they used did not have copy of work order so unable to complete task and had no idea of how to remove the soffit. calls to the office and sales department and no one is getting back to us.
