Had truck stuck in the mud and driver called Elite. Big mistake... They called our dispatcher and said they would not release truck until we paid bill. We asked for a printout copy of bill and Elite said they could not print it out because they had no one in office. We were told the bill was 1634.73. Charges an extra 607.00 because they could not produce bill for towing . How do you pay a bill without seeing an invoice. Threatened to take to the police yard unless we paid immediately. A sad way to do business.

We broke down in our Motorhome about 20 miles east of Beaumont, TX at about 5:30pm on May 2nd, 2017. I have Good Sam towing insurance that will cover up to four hours and a maximum of $1000. When Elite towing arrived on the scene the operator had the Motorhome "on the hook" in about 15 minutes. Then he tried unsuccessfully for over two hours to disconnect the driveline so the motorhome could be towed. This place charges me $1,500 the tow truck that's stuck on the sand tell me that's f****** right and it was just a pickup truck 1500 Dodge Ram got a two wheel drive pickup truck pulled out and they charged me $1,500 if you want good service go to bayou wrecker service
