I brought my dog in for an evaluation before his stay. Before I got home I got a text telling me since he’s 7months and not neutered that he won’t be able to socialize with the other dogs, just the staff. While that was frustrating yet understandable I agreed. He was put on a “waitlist” for his upcoming stay in 2 weeks. ..we have been using Elite Suites for 13 years, even though we have lived in Irving and most recently in Frisco...Chloe,our Shitzu, has a “standing” bi weekly appointment with Miss Rhonda..We also board Chloe there, when we are out of town on vacation..

I have used them twice, boarding and grooming. Both experiences were not ideal. The front people should not be in customer service. They lack any customer service at all (mya). Still waiting for the manager to call me on my issues, but I doubt she will. I then saw all the negative comments about this place on next door. Really awful stuff. So glad I got out of there with less issues than they did. Do not recommend they be in business at all!!!!!!

I will never give them any service. I submitted my resume for an open position here and received a call from who I can only assume is the owner/operator. After answering his call, the call failed because I had poor reception. He called right back and reprimanded me for hanging up on him, explaining that he was no longer interested in me for the position. I tried explaining that I had unreliable service in my house and that the call had failed but he didn’t seem to care and even argued with me. It’s unbelievable to me that so... read more
Do NOT send your pet to Elite Suites. Took my German Shepherd for boarding and watched him on the webcam ALL day. Taken out to potty once for approx 10 minutes. No day play as promised. Worst of all he was not fed! My husband picked him up after 1st day of what was to be a week stay. All the food we sent was unopened. Very inconvenient. Plus they charged $50–FOR WHAT? Lazy employees. No explanation. They should be shut down!!

The guy manager at this place is extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never take my dogs here and I'll be sure to tell my family and friends to do the same.
