great customer service
they took over 6 hours to remove 1 palm tree but the did a great clean-up job
Tree removal done well. No damage to anything. Cleanup was VERY bad! I complained. They offered to send them back out. I refused because that would make a bigger mess. No refund or reduction on my bill was offered. Plus, I referred them to my next door neighbor who hired them, and again no price change offered.
Tree Pros responded to our fallen tree quickly and did a great job. The arborist was very helpful on the initial visit, and the crew was respectful of our property.
