Awesome service. Showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent value for money.
While I had a problem connecting to Tree Pros through HomeAdvisor (on hold for 13 minutes). After hanging up, a CSR returned my call within 2 minutes and a company rep was out within 48 hrs to give me an estimate on cutting 1 Willow Acacia down, topping another 1 and trimming a 3rd. At $500.00, I thought it was a great value. The 4 man crew was out 7 days later, and 1.25 hours earlier than expected. All of them were very professional and polite guys. They showed up on time. Worked hard to get job done. Tree Pros had the tree down in no time. They cleaned the yard up nicely before they left. Great job!
All went well
Two trees were dramatically reduced in size, as I requested. I expected a supervisor with the cutters. Difficulty in communicating; one out of 4 spoke English. Very friendly, experienced crew. (Removed Tiki lamps in ground & did not re-stake them.)
They did good work. The only drawback was that they were so busy that it took quite a bit of time before they were able to get to my project.
