I had a great experience with Tree Pro's. They responded within 24 hours of my online service request. I needed some advice on the health of my trees in front and back yard. The aborist who came out was extremely professional, informative, and nice. The team who came out to perform the trimming service was very professional. They nicked the trees a little bit, and I still see "wounds" on the trunks, but otherwise fast and great job! The person who did the fertilizer was also top notch. Thanks Servicemagic and Tree Pros!
The sales person who came to give us the estimate was very professonal. He also gave us information on how to care for the trees we were not cutting down. When they came to cut the trees down they did it very professionally and cleaned up completely after themselves. When they sent the other person to cut out the stumps he also was very professional and through, cleaning everything up after he was done. The teams were on time. They came out and got it done to satisfaction, Tree Pros made my tree removal very easy and the yard looked great.

Tree Pro's personnel were courteous and efficient. Frankly, I thought their price for tree removal was high but I have no basis for this observation. I used them because they could take the tree from my property quickly and would use them again.
They responded and performed work in a timely manner. However, if you want to be present to warn them of certain problem areas in your yard, tell them you will not pay for any work performed in youur absence. They promised not to perform ceatain work, if I was not home, but did so anyway, resulting in damage to my irrigation lines and a call back that could have been avoided if they had kept their promise.
